Training

All levels of training are found within the equine sector, from BEP-CAP [professional aptitude diplomas] (qualified as Level V) up to Baccalaureate level + 6 additional years of training (MESB - Master of Equine Science and Business).  Diplomas may be independently issued by the Ministry of Agriculture or by the Ministry of Youth and Sports, depending on their type.  In addition, specific training programmes have been set up by the profession in order to satisfy certain needs (e.g. ATE - Horse-Trekking Guide, CQP ASA - Competence Certificate as Assistant Stable & Riding Manager, etc.). Details of all training schemes can be found on the Equi-ressources Website (equine Job Centre).
